Time

The Lake Beulah Protective & Improvement Association is seeking Volunteers to assist with our annual cycle of meetings, membership renewals, newsletters programs and other functions. Come be a part of something meaningful to protect this lake we love for future generations.  Time commitments can range from as little as a one-time session of a few hours to several hours per month to several hours per seasonal week for some roles. Categories include:

  • Accounts receivable and payment processing

  • Administrative (meeting setup, hospitality and breakdown)

  • Article authorship

  • Database updates and maintenance

  • Mailing of membership notices, newsletters and follow up

  • Membership canvassing

  • Water quality data analysis

Talent

The Lake Beulah Protective & Improvement Association is seeking volunteer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with backgrounds and skills in the following categories to act in an advisory capacity to our Board.  Time commitments can range from as little as a one-time session of a few hours to several hours per month to several hours per seasonal week for some roles. Categories include:

  1. Accounting/finance

  2. Communication (including newsletters and presentations)

  3. Environmental (including wetlands and sensitive areas)

  4. Fishing and wildlife

  5. Legal/governmental affairs

  6. Membership management

  7. Marketing/public relations

  8. Payments

  9. Recruiting and succession planning

  10. Water quality/science and technical

Treasure

The Lake Beulah Protective & Improvement Association is a member funded and supported organization, and we welcome with gratitude U.S. dollar donations of any size for our Mission.

About 25% of our approximately 300 members add a donation in addition to their $40 annual dues, and the average size of that donation is approximately $60.

We commit to putting your funds to good use to educate, inspire and motivate all lake users to protect this gem of a natural resource for future generations.
