Summary

February 15, 2008: A Cooperative Agreement was approved and signed by David Skotarzak, Chairman LBMD and William Loesch, President of Village of East Troy

May 1, 2008: The LBMD filed a Brief of Lake Beulah Management District in Support of its Petitions for Judicial Review" regarding the Well #7 high capacity well issue.

September 2008: The agreed upon plan is to begin collecting weekly data as soon as weather permits in order to develop a database before the planned start of Well #7 pumping at the initial volume of 400 gallons per minute.
